All of our puppies come with a one-year health warranty against fatal or life altering genetic disorders along with blindness and deafness unless otherwise stated. It is the buyers responsibility to cover all expenses of their puppy while in their care. The buyer is required to take their puppy to a licensed veterinarian withing 5 days of purchase for a health check and to set up a schedule for worming and shots. All general care is to be maintained by the buyer for the term of this warranty. This warranty does not cover common diseases or parasites that can be picked up once leaving the sellers home, physical problems which may be the result of injury, or Immune system disorders which may be caused by the environment. It is the responsibility of the buyer to notify us (the seller) within 2 days if any problem occurs within the first year. This warranty will be null and void if these requirements are not kept by the buyer or if the puppy is euthanized prior to contacting the seller unless in extreme cases of suffering. If the puppy should die within the first year of life, the buyer will be responsible for getting an autopsy performed at their expense and provide written proof of cause of death signed by a licensed veterinarian.
If a puppy should be found to have a fatal or life altering genetic disorder and the buyer has written proof from a licensed veterinarian stating these findings we will provide a replacement puppy if the buyer decides to return it. The replacement puppy will be from the next available litter.
